Quite remarkable - We assumed repossession was a foregone conclusion. Then we thought that Property Vine were going to save the day by buying our house. It was even better than we could have hoped: we were not repossessed and we kept the house thanks to Property Vine.

Excellent service. Possibly a little less than I was hoping for, but at least the job was done and I can now move on.

I have to say how encouraged I was by their openness. They even explained over the phone how they arrive at their price guide.

(please note that this client subsequently decided that there was no need to sell their property to Property Vine, but they were evidently pleased at the opportnity of being able to make an informed decision.)
At first I thought I was compromising by selling to a company. But when I looked at the bigger picture, I cannot argue that I am considerably better off now than I would have been had I kept the house. I accepted £20,000 less for my house, but then I have saved £8,000 in interest since then simply by paying off my credit cards. Plus I have had the benefit of actually having money instead of playing catch up all the time.
